Job summary

Menzies LLP in the United Kingdom is looking for an IT Director to lead our technology function from the Woking Office. This is a broad, influential role designed to shape the technology strategy rather than simply execute a predetermined roadmap.

You will guide an established team, partner with Partners and senior leaders, and ensure a secure, resilient environment while exploring AI, automation and emerging technologies to deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in a professional services or similarly complex organisation.
• Strategic and commercial thinking with ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
• Strong leadership of infrastructure, cloud, applications and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver our technology strategy and future roadmap.
• Lead the IT function across infrastructure, applications, cyber security and operations.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify where technology can enable growth and efficiency.
• Drive innovation including AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Lead technology transformation and major change programmes.
• Develop our technology team, suppliers and external partnerships.
• Oversee technology investment, governance, risk and operational resilience.
• Support the Firm’s growth, including acquisitions and integrations.
