Menzies in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced IT Director to lead the technology function at an exciting growth phase. You will shape strategy, oversee an established team, and work with Partners and senior leaders to evolve the tech landscape.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, commercial acumen and the practical application of AI, automation and emerging tech to deliver business value while maintaining security and resilience.

Qualifikationen

Experience in professional services or complex organisations.

Shape and deliver our technology strategy and future roadmap.
Lead the IT function across infrastructure, applications, cyber security and operations.
Partner with senior leaders to enable growth, efficiency and better ways of working.
Drive innovation, including the practical application of AI, automation and emerging technologies.
Lead technology transformation and major change programmes.
Develop our technology team, suppliers and external partnerships.
Oversee technology investment, governance, risk and operational resilience.
Support the Firm’s continued growth, including acquisitions and integrations.
