Page Personnel is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner for the Group IT function in Cheltenham. The role leads planning, forecasting, and financial control for a global IT organisation within a FTSE100 engineering group.

The successful candidate will present to senior stakeholders, drive cost discipline, and partner with Business IT Directors and the Group CFO on strategic IT investments and capital allocation. Hybrid working with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with at least 5 years PQE.
Experience in IT/Technology-driven environments preferred.
Proven track record in financial planning, reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting for Group IT.
Design and document Group IT financial processes for G3 controls.
Sign off monthly management accounts including journals and reconciliations.
Present financials to budget holders and senior stakeholders (Group CFO/CEO).
Manage intercompany recharge processes for Global Group IT costs.
Provide financial insight for strategic IT initiatives and capex business cases.
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes globally.
Ensure correct expensing vs. capitalisation per accounting guidance.
