Job summary

Innserve is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for a hybrid, office-based role in the UK. You will translate business strategy into technical requirements and lead end-to-end process redesigns, collaborating across IT and the wider business to deliver ERP and core system transformations.

Key duties include requirements engineering, data quality improvements and supporting UAT, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable IT-enabled change experience in complex environments.
• Strong process mapping, requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP selection or implementation and data transformation.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, Power BI and data modelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and map end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate across IT and business to enable ERP and core systems transformation.
• Support UAT, data quality initiatives and system integration.
