Job summary

Leidos UK & EUROPE is seeking an IT Asset Manager to join the Service Management team in Huntingdon. You will oversee all IT assets, documentation, due diligence, and lifecycle management, interfacing with multiple departments to ensure alignment with ITIL standards and customer requirements.

The role requires extensive hardware asset management experience in enterprise environments, familiarity with SAFe and ITIL processes, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to deliver accurate

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT assets in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and business processes.
• Practical ITIL implementation experience for asset management.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing service-based processes in a commercial environment.
• Understanding of Change, Problem Management, ITSCM and Disaster Recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets lifecycle and related documentation.
• Report status of the IT asset management program.
• Collaborate with Programme/Project Management and procurement.
• Coordinate with Service Operations to ensure services meet SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with ITIL standards.
• Conduct due diligence for asset management activities.
• Inter-departmental coordination to resolve issues.
• Develop strategies to optimize asset inventory.
• Monitor asset inventory and lifecycle performance.
