Job summary

Pembury Legal seeks an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer for a strategic Knowledge Lawyer position with a leading US firm. You will influence practice development, shape legal strategy and support a premier international IP team.

Qualifications

Commercially minded IP lawyer with at least six years’ PQE in a leading law firm.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Interest in legal innovation and technology.
Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as SME on EU Intellectual Property and provide technical support to lawyers.
Lead and deliver training, mentoring and capability development.
Monitor legal and market developments and translate insights into guidance.
Create and maintain precedents, templates and knowledge resources.
Produce client-facing content including briefings and thought leadership pieces.
Drive adoption of legal tech and AI-enabled tools.
