Job summary

Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham is seeking a Planning & Inventory Manager to own inventory health and demand-to-capacity forecasting. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing to optimise stock and service levels while enabling growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a track record in inventory optimisation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with inventory planning, stock optimisation, and supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory targets including safety stock and reorder points.
• Monitor and address excess, ageing, and slow-moving stock.
• Develop demand forecasts and translate into capacity and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on capacity planning.
