Qualifications

• Significant experience in Internal Communications or related field.
• Experience within sport, engineering or technology desirable.
• Proven ability to use internal channels and innovative tools to support comms.
• Understanding of organisational culture and role of comms in shaping it.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles and employee engagement.
• Excellent copywriting and presentation skills for varied audiences.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling communication.
• Experience in change management and evolving workplace culture desirable.
• Experience engaging employees through events, film and photography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, including Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Internal Communications strategy for F1 Technical and the Team Principal Office.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape effective leadership narratives.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, useful communications.
• Create and publish creative content and targeted messages across channels.
• Support organisational evolution, culture, reliability, leadership and priorities affecting performance.
• Provide leadership messaging and debrief communications for the Team Principal Office.
• Champion cultural initiatives and strengthen employee connection to the mission.
• Lead cross-functional projects and maintain high standards under deadlines.
• Monitor activity with metrics and use learning to improve impact.
• Support organisational change while reinforcing cultural principles.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and mentor junior teammates.
