Qualifications

• Significant experience in Internal Communications or a related field.
• Experience within sport, engineering or technology is desirable.
• Able to translate complex topics into clear internal messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal comms strategy for F1 Technical and Team Principal Office.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape leadership narratives.
• Improve communication flow across F1 Technical by clarifying channels and rhythms.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, actionable communications.
• Create and publish creative content and campaigns across McLaren Racing's channels.
