Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited seeks an experienced Head of Communications to lead and shape the team’s global communications strategy. You will oversee media relations, digital content, internal communications and crisis management, driving audience growth and protecting the team’s reputation on the world stage.

You will set narratives across seasons, support senior leaders, mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with partners to maximise value while navigating a fast-paced Formula One

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sport, entertainment or another high-profile global environment.
• Proven track record of developing strategic communications programmes, managing media relationships and leading teams.
• Ability to operate strategically in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel to all race events.
• French and/or Italian language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead the team’s short and long-term communications strategy.
• Develop season-long storytelling and campaigns to support racing and business objectives.
• Lead media relations and secure coverage across traditional, digital and social platforms.
• Provide strategic communications support to senior leadership and spokespeople.
• Oversee crisis communications planning and reputation management activities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to maximise partner value through communications and media activations.
• Build and develop a high-performing communications team across functions.
• Engage with Formula One stakeholders, governing bodies and corporate communications teams.
• Champion internal communications initiatives to strengthen culture and employer brand.
• Measure performance and PR value to shape future strategy.
• Own and manage the communications budget.
