Job summary

Multiverse is seeking a senior Internal Communications professional to own our internal narrative, shape leadership messaging, and manage channels across Slack, intranet, and email. You’ll translate data into compelling narratives that align with our external story and drive engagement across a fast-moving organisation.

You will lead All Hands, prepare briefings for regulatory or product milestones, and partner with People to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading internal communications in a fast-moving, complex organisation.
• Ability to translate data into narratives that colleagues can understand.
• Strong writer with the ability to shape leadership messages and town halls.

Responsibilities

• Own the canonical internal story and maintain a living messaging framework.
• Produce briefing materials ahead of major external moments.
• Own internal FAQ and “what to say” resources for ambassadors.
• Lead All Hands editorial planning and speaker prep.
• Support Exec with internal-facing comms: town halls, updates, videos.
• Build a regular leadership communications rhythm for weekly updates.
• Own content programme on learner outcomes, culture, and career progression.
• Partner with People on cultural moments and ensure on-brand messaging.
• Own and optimise internal channels (Slack, intranet, email).
• Translate internal performance data into narratives for colleagues.
• Build a framework to measure internal comms effectiveness and report quarterly.
