Job summary

BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd. in Farnborough is seeking an Internal Communications & Change Management placement for July 2027. You will craft and align daily and weekly communications across UK & Ireland entities, collaborating with stakeholders and promoting the strategic direction.

This role supports Change & Innovation managers, with exposure to senior leaders and multiple business functions, and includes events, digital communications, and strategy workshops.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a business-related undergraduate degree with predicted 2:2 or above.
• Strong written, verbal and numerical communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support All Employee meetings and events coordination.
• Develop communications across channels and leverage digital assets.
• Promote employee engagement and support positive change initiatives.
• Use employee voice tools to identify trends and drive actions.
• Assist Strategy workshops and training sessions led by change managers.
