Job summary

Bond Williams is recruiting an experienced Interim Head of People Development & Reward to lead a broad People portfolio spanning Learning, Leadership, Talent, Succession, Organisational Development, Culture, Reward and Employee Experience.

Lead specialist People teams, develop strategic workforce plans and drive leadership development with senior stakeholders. This interim role has an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension, starting in October.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in People/HR with strategic and operational scope.
• Broad expertise across Learning, Leadership, Talent, Succession, OD, Culture and Reward.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and lead multiple specialist teams.
• Commercial judgment with hands-on delivery in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead established People teams and unify areas across Learning, Leadership, Talent, Succession, OD, Culture, Reward, Employee Experience.
• Develop and deliver strategic People and workforce plans aligned to organisational priorities.
• Drive leadership development, talent, succession and organisational capability.
• Advise senior stakeholders and partner with the CPO and People leadership.
• Ensure initiatives are practical, commercially focused and well-structured.
