Job summary

You will interact with CEOs and CFOs, delivering bespoke insurance programmes and strategic risk advice while maintaining credibility at senior levels.

The role focuses on a small number of key accounts, with occasional travel and a hybrid working model that includes office visits to stay connected with the team.

Qualifications

• First class Commercial Insurance knowledge across all classes of business.
• Integrity, credibility and presence at Senior levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine desire for excellent customer service and business development.

Responsibilities

• Understand the clients' business and their risk management needs to provide first class Insurance solutions.
• Ensure Insurance solutions are priced to meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business.
• Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service.
• Proactively develop client relationships to ensure excellent retention rates.
