Job summary

ITV seeks a Lead Insight Analyst to shape market trend understanding, viewer behaviour insights, and the competitive landscape within the Central Insights Team. You will leverage ITV’s data capabilities, coordinating with data science, analytics and engineering to deliver high-impact insights for leadership decisions.

As a senior leader, you will coach a Senior Data Analyst and a Data Analyst, promote self-serve analytics, and drive forecasting accuracy across streaming and broadcast

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics within media/digital environments.
• Strong leadership and line-management capability.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Central Insights team to deliver actionable data insights.
• Design and embed self-serve analytics tools and forecasting across ITV’s M&E KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.
