Job summary

ITV is seeking a Lead Insight Analyst to shape market trends insights and understand viewer behaviours. You will work with cross-functional teams to design multi-methodology techniques using research, analytics and data science.

This role covers forecasting, self-serve tooling, and data product development to support the M&E leadership. You will collaborate with Head of Central Insights and Senior Managers to deliver KPI performance insights and enable data-driven decisions across content,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the data industry, ideally with media/digital exposure.
• Knowledge of the UK television landscape, distribution channels, and platforms.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and value.
• Experience writing production-grade SQL or Python code.
• Proficiency with data platforms (GCP, BigQuery) and data visualization tools.
• Experience building self-serve analytics tools and dashboards at scale.
• Strong forecasting skills used in business analytics.
• Experience leading analysts and managing workloads in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Curate data insight and innovation for the Central Insights team.
• Forecast KPIs including streaming and broadcast performance across ITV platforms.
• Develop self-serve analytics tools and data products for partners.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, product and distribution teams to drive decisions.
• Communicate analytics and insights to business stakeholders in a non-technical, commercial way.
