Job summary

Hawkstone is seeking a senior product/portfolio leader to own the innovation portfolio end to end. You will decide viability, surface constraints, and align sales with supply from concept to shelf, delivering on time and cost.

You will build the capability as the pipeline grows in a fast-paced drinks business based at College Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water. You will report to the Operations Director and operate across commercial and operations with credibility to challenge both, creating lightweight

Qualifications

• Senior influence that changed how senior people want to work, and made it stick.
• Commercial judgement to decide whether ideas are worth pursuing and how to justify them.
• Portfolio ownership across multiple launches with sequencing and priority.
• Deep packaging/artwork knowledge, tooling, print, and multi-market compliance.
• Experience managing co-packers and external partners to a critical path.
• Ability to build structure while keeping processes lightweight.

Responsibilities

• Decide which ideas are viable before development begins and surface constraints early.
• Own the portfolio view: set what to do, why, order, and capacity alignment.
• Drive commercialisation from approved brief to product on shelf; manage cost picture.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, supply, and design to ensure on-time delivery.
