Millbank Holdings Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to act as intelligent customer for current and future infrastructure requirements. You will shape investment programmes, align capability needs with strategic objectives and work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires delivering assurance across regulated infrastructure, coordinating complex programmes, and maintaining collaboration with partners.

Competenze

• Demonstrable project, programme or infrastructure management experience.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple organisational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Sole UK National.
• Ability to hold or obtain Security Clearance (SC).
