Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager in Glasgow for hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end tendering and procurement, ensuring commercially robust, compliant submissions.

You will work closely with bid, design and delivery teams to drive value, manage commercial risk, and shape commercial strategy from early stages. Strong NEC4 (ECC/PSC) knowledge is essential, including pricing mechanisms and risk allocation, with the role based in Glasgow City Centre three days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong background in infrastructure procurement using NEC4 contracts.
• Experience leading end-to-end tender and procurement processes.
• Ability to work with bid, design and delivery teams to drive value and manage risk.

Responsibilities
