Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM and related systems deliver high-quality services to colleagues and supporters across engagement, volunteering and fundraising.
• Embed a data-driven culture and advocate for joined-up use of information across the University.
• Drive the use of insight to guide strategy, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee development and delivery of divisional and campaign reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Information & Insight team to support the Division and University.
