Job summary

Brompton Bicycle Ltd is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead a team of four buyers and optimise indirect purchasing, contract management and supplier negotiations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to secure best value while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-person buyers team to manage indirect spend.
• Drive cost savings and process improvements across indirect categories.
• Manage budgets and track department performance against KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure contractual compliance and documentation.
• Provide management reports and stakeholder updates.
• Develop processes for procurement cycle improvements.
