Job summary

Brompton Bicycle is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead a team of four buyers and optimise indirect purchasing, contract management and key supplier negotiations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to secure best value while maintaining quality, service and contractual compliance, driving cost savings and process improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role at our London HQ.

Qualifications

• Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Hands-on procurement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four buyers.
• Manage indirect purchasing, contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements across indirect categories.
• Ensure compliance with processes and supplier contracts.
• Provide management reports and stakeholder liaison across departments.
