Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Mary Frances Trust’s income generation strategy, aligned with priorities and long-term sustainability ambitions.
• Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across trusts and foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships, major donors and other income streams.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities with partners and funders.
• Strengthen the organisation’s case for support and external positioning for new income opportunities.
• Establish systems, processes and structure to create a focused, effective income generation function.
