• Proven track record of securing income across multiple fundraising streams.
• Experience building and converting pipelines into sustainable income.
• Ability to secure income from trusts, foundations, statutory sources, corporate partners or major donors.
• Strong relationship builder with senior stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the income generation strategy aligned with organisational priorities and long-term sustainability ambitions.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across trusts, foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships, major donors and other income streams.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities with external partners.
• Strengthen the organisation's case for support, external positioning and approach to developing new income opportunities.
• Establish the systems, processes and structure needed to create a focused, effective and sustainable income generation function.
