• Deliver the Digital Strategy Document for 2026-2031 and maximise core systems usage.
• Lead project management for technology implementations and procurements.
• Ensure business continuity, risk management and cybersecurity compliance.
• Develop ICT policies, monitor governance, and report to the Board and staff.
• Manage ICT infrastructure, vendor relationships and budget responsibilities.
• Provide staff training and maintain documentation for system functionality.
• Oversee AI strategy, data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support and guide staff and Board on ICT-related matters and changes.
