Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Scotland and the North of England, building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence.

You will develop new customer relationships, support key accounts, and deliver hygiene solutions, with a salary of £45,000-£53,000 plus a competitive benefits package including a company car, annual bonus structure, 30 days annual leave increasing to 33 days after 5 days of service, company pension contribution and more.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, account management, or sales in the Professional Hygiene or OPL sector.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify market opportunities and hit sales targets.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and communication skills across levels.
• Willingness to travel across Scotland, North of England, and occasional Europe visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying opportunities and securing contracts.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Develop tailored proposals and lead tender submissions to win new business.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders and present to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize opportunities and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Stay informed on market trends to support strategic objectives.
