Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited seeks a Policy and Standards Manager (HSEQ) to drive the Group HSEQ policies and standards. Based in Worsley, the permanent role reports to the Group Head of HSEQ and will oversee the HSEQ Management System Coordinator, ensuring robust document control and effective communication across the Network Plus Group.

The role requires engaging stakeholders across the business to keep policies fit for purpose and supporting audits, continual improvement, and competency

Qualifications

• Experience developing and updating health, safety, environment and quality policies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across the business to ensure policies are fit for purpose.
• Experience managing document control for a group HSEQ system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plans to deliver policy standards and accreditation initiatives.
• Lead the integrated HSEQ Management System Framework for the organisation.
• Update and maintain Group HSEQ policy & standards for the organisation to work to.
• Managing the legal register with consultation and co-ordination with key stakeholders.
• Engage and consult stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose procedures are established.
• Provide input to comprehensive management reports in line with HSEQ reporting structure.
• Drive continual improvement of the HSEQ Management system to enhance compliance and performance.
• Support internal and external audits relating to the HSEQ Management System.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to ensure effective performance and growth.
• Monitor changes in legislation and industry best practice.
