Job summary

Network Plus in the United Kingdom seeks a Policy and Standards Manager (HSEQ) to lead the development, update and communication of Group HSEQ policies and standards across the organisation. Reporting to the Group Head of HSEQ, you will manage the HSEQ Management System Coordinator, oversee document control and ensure policies are fit for purpose.

The role requires strong leadership, NEBOSH or equivalent, knowledge of ISO 45001/14001/9001, and a Full UK driving licence, with a salary of

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HSEQ leadership role.
• Health, Safety & Environment Qualification e.g. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of implementing ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001.
• Knowledge of CDM requirements for Principal Designer/Contractor.
• Proven project management capability and team leadership.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plans to deliver policy standards initiatives.
• Structure and manage the HSEQ Management System Framework.
• Update and maintain policy & standards suites for the organisation.
• Maintain the legal register with stakeholder coordination.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose procedures.
• Oversee external accreditations and audits.
• Provide input to management reports and drive continual improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports.
• Monitor changes in legislation and industry best practice.
