Job summary

Impact Food Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with the Operations team across the UK, working with Regional Directors and Operations Managers. Reporting to the People Director, you will join a growing People team driving strategic people initiatives in our school catering business.

In this role you will lead complex employee relations, support workforce planning for 200+ sites, coach managers on policy implementation, and act as a change agent to build a positive,

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR partner in multi-site organisations.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to lead change and drive engagement initiatives across a large network.

Responsibilities

• Provide partnering HR support to Regional Operations Directors across 200+ sites.
• Manage employee relations and guide policy implementation with consistency.
• Support workforce planning and talent development to build leadership capability.
• Lead change programs and drive engagement, retention and culture across the territory.
• Advise managers on policies and practical HR solutions, fostering inclusion.
