Kier Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Kier Natural Resources team in Somerset. Hybrid working is available, with travel to sites and offices 3–4 days a week.

Formación

• Degree qualified (or qualified by experience) with experience in business partnering.
• Strong employee engagement and employee relations skills.
• Excellent relationship building with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and commercial awareness.
• Delivery-focused and pragmatic with adaptable solutions.
