Eaton Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Cheltenham-based HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering proactive HR support that drives performance and strengthens our high-performance culture.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle, partnerships with CoEs, and governance across the organisation. Ideal candidates will have proven HRBP experience, strong generalist HR skills, and excellent knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong generalist HR expertise with a track record of partnering with leaders to deliver business-focused people solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Engineering, manufacturing or operational environment experience is desirable.
• Experience in a large corporate organisation and partnering with CoEs is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Build credible relationships with leaders and stakeholders to act as a trusted HR partner.
• Provide proactive, commercial HR support to drive business objectives and performance.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management capability and decision-making.
• Develop practical HR solutions to enable high-performance culture and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead HR projects and use people analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of employee data and governance across the employee lifecycle.
