Job summary

The University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partner to join our People Services team on an 18-month fixed-term basis.

You will work with senior leaders to translate priorities into people strategies, using data to support strategic decisions and workforce planning. This is a pivotal role shaping culture, performance and organisational effectiveness across a large university.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior HR Partner or Strategic Partner in a large, complex org.
• Expertise across strategic and operational HR disciplines.
• Experience advising and coaching senior leaders through change and transformation.
• Strong workforce planning, talent management and organisational development skills.
• Ability to interpret data and insight to inform decisions and practical solutions.
• Track record of building inclusive cultures and supporting equality objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, influencing and consulting skills.
