Jobs4 is recruiting for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join a busy HR and Organisational Development function in South East London. You will act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, advising on workforce strategy, organisational change and people management.

Key responsibilities include leading directorate HR activities, developing workforce strategies, and guiding restructures and change across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Senior or Strategic HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and Directorate Management Teams.
• Proven workforce planning and organisational design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the strategic HR lead for designated directorates with senior leaders.
• Develop and deliver workforce strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead workforce planning and advise on organisational design and future needs.
• Support restructures, change and service transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice on complex people and organisational issues.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support leadership capability, culture and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Trade Unions and stakeholders on change processes.
• Contribute to HR, OD and corporate transformation programmes.
• Work with Employee Relations, OD and other HR teams.
