Job summary

The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic and operational partner to the Neurosurgery Division and Corporate Departments. You will deliver expert HR advice and support across a broad range of workforce issues, influence organisational change and drive workforce improvements to enhance the employee experience.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop workforce solutions, manage complex employee relations, lead and implement HR

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR manager or senior HR partner.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and policies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Lead organisational change programmes and consultation processes.
• Develop workforce strategies with divisional leaders and management teams.
• Present HR metrics to Directorate meetings and support managers to improve performance.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with staff-side representatives to foster positive employee relations.
