Job summary

Hawkwood is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region, based in London. You will partner with senior leaders across London, Tel Aviv, Dubai and regional offices, guiding org design, workforce planning, talent and performance, and complex employee relations.

You will help move HR toward proactive, strategic partnership, supporting change and restructuring projects while leveraging data to identify risks and opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a high-performance environment.
• Experience partnering with senior, commercially focused stakeholders.
• Exposure to trading or investment populations would be highly beneficial.
• Strong hands-on employee relations experience, including managing complex cases.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and experience supporting employees across EMEA.
• Experience across organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders across EMEA, building a strong understanding of their teams and challenges.
• Shift the BP function towards a proactive, strategic approach and anticipate people challenges.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, team structures, talent, succession and performance.
• Own complex employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and exits.
• Coach managers on people challenges and support better decision-making.
• Collaborate with Employment Legal and Compliance on sensitive employee matters and risk.
• Use data and trends to identify risks and opportunities across the business.
• Support change, restructures and organisational projects across EMEA.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, L&D, Global Mobility and Reward on broader initiatives.
• Contribute to evolving the People function, including AI and technology usage in HR.
