Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience in senior advisory roles
• Experience supporting businesses across EMEA across multiple countries
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen translating priorities into HR solutions
• Excellent analytical skills turning data into insights
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior People Partner to EMEA leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice
• Anticipate talent challenges and translate insight into action
• Balance global consistency with local market needs across EMEA
• Partner on workforce planning, organisational design, succession and health
• Identify talent risks and strengthen development, retention, and succession pipelines
• Coach leaders through performance, development and complex talent decisions
• Collaborate on compensation, promotions, and year-end talent decisions
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership
• Shape the People operating model with global teams
• Inform global priorities with regional insights
