Job summary

Salford CVS is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager to lead our HR function and drive organisational development. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team to develop staff, leaders and compliant processes.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on training, policy management and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture across our 50 staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading human resources and organisational development functions.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and staff development.
