Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a proactive HR Manager for Salford to own and develop the people function. You will lead recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while partnering with managers across the business.

You will oversee HR policies, reporting and workforce planning, balancing employee wellbeing with commercial objectives in a growing SME environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management with UK employment law knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through exits.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, inductions, equipment and access.
• Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and law.
