Job summary

The CBSO is seeking a standalone HR Manager to lead the HR function, providing a full generalist service to CBSO managers and employees across the organisation.

You will maintain and lead on policies and procedures, advise managers and board members on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and implement HR systems and strategies. The ideal candidate is extremely well-organised, approachable, and able to act without guidance.
