Job summary

SBFM is seeking a seasoned People Services Manager to lead HR Administration, ensuring compliant and high-quality service across the colleague lifecycle. You will manage a team of three HR Administrators and work with the People Director to drive data integrity and scalable processes.

Based at the Colton Head Office, this role focuses on policy development, GDPR compliance, SLAs, and partnership with Payroll to support business growth with effective HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong HR experience across generalist HR and colleague lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies with pragmatism.
• Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR queries, manage SLAs and identify improvement areas.
• Own compliance for Right to Work, DBS, Airside checks and TUPE.
• Develop HR policies, guides and templates for the team.
• Coordinate DSAR documentation with IT, Legal and DPO.
• Oversee lifecycle administration with Payroll and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain HR systems ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Lead improvements to People Services processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with Payroll on benefits and recognition.
• Establish job evaluation and grading processes.
• Own HR data quality and analysis, including exit information.
• Lead and develop the HR Administration team with SBFM values.
