We seek a strategic and ambitious Head of Human Resources to lead our HR team. You will shape the workforce of the future and play a key role in implementing new initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent, leaving a lasting legacy on HDC.

About the role

You will lead, innovate, and deliver operational and strategic HR and Payroll services. Your expertise will guide complex organizational changes, ensuring alignment with our values. You will engage with colleagues across the organization to address issues and implement solutions.

You should be quick to adapt, work independently, and bring a proactive, innovative approach. You will have the opportunity to build on the existing HR service and develop your strategic vision to empower staff and improve services.

About you

You are a confident HR professional with senior-level experience, capable of advising and influencing at all levels. You are a skilled people manager, experienced in coaching and developing teams for high-profile initiatives like our Workforce Strategy.

You have a flexible, collaborative approach, can manage multiple priorities, and understand cultural and organizational change, employee relations, reward, and engagement. A strategic thinker with a strong generalist HR background, you are passionate about people and transformative HR practices.
