Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a HR Manager at the Newark Currys site to lead a team of HR professionals and partner with operational leaders across multiple sites.

You will shape a people strategy, drive engagement and performance, and provide expert advisory on a broad range of people matters in a fast-paced environment. Ideally CIPD-qualified (or working towards) with experience in logistics, distribution or warehousing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR strategies in logistics environments.
• Strong leadership of HR teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team across Transport, Warehouse and ERDC sites, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality people service.
• Partner with senior operational leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Champion talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyze people metrics to provide insight and drive improvements.
• Drive engagement, communication and development strategies to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
