Huhtamaki Belfast in Northern Ireland is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the site HR team and shape the people strategy for the UK & Ireland Foodservice Market Unit. You will report to the Head of HR and work closely with local management to deliver people initiatives.

You will partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with NI employment law and robust HR processes.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience managing a busy HR department, preferably in manufacturing.
• CIPD Level 5 or higher; degree in related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law.
• Experience negotiating with external stakeholders, work councils, or trade unions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday desirable.
