Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the people strategy for a landmark infrastructure mega-project. You will partner with senior leaders, shape workforce plans and ensure robust employee relations and governance across the programme.

In this high-impact role you will influence organisational design, talent management and culture, while delivering practical HR leadership, coaching and compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in HR or related field and CIPD accredited.
• Significant experience in a senior HR management/ business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR risk management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a large, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner to senior leaders and management teams.
• Lead HR agenda for designated business areas and align with programme objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Coach leaders and managers, drive performance, engagement and culture.
• Oversee investigations and complex employee relations matters.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience.
