Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a People Advisor to deliver proactive HR support for the Lower Thames Crossing project. You will work with managers to apply policies, ensure legal compliance and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

You will handle employee relations, maintain confidential records and contribute to workforce planning while aligning with BMJV values and project objectives. This role is on-site in Tilbury.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people advisory, people operations or generalist HR role.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and employment law principles.
• Ability to advise managers/employees on day-to-day HR matters with appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support for the Tunnels & Approaches contract on the Lower Thames Crossing project.
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice; escalate complex matters.
• Support employee relations including absence, conduct, performance and informal resolution.
