Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
• Strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, detail-focused, and driven to deliver.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Lead on employee relations providing support at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
