Job summary

Mowgli is seeking a Back of House Shift Manager to ensure food quality, safety, and speed of service while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You will lead by example and work closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience at our Norwich restaurant.
