Job summary

Inspire Education Group in the UK seeks an experienced HR professional to provide expert employee relations advice across the group. You will support managers, handle sensitive issues, and work with leaders to build high-performing teams. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience is essential.

The role focuses on attendance, wellbeing, performance, and engagement across a large, diverse organisation, with opportunities to influence People Services strategy and inclusivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in employee relations advice across organisations.
• Ability to coach and support managers through complex people issues.
• Proficient in interpreting workforce data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional employee relations advice and guidance to leaders and managers.
• Support attendance, wellbeing, conduct, capability and performance management processes.
• Coordinate probation, onboarding and early employment activities to improve retention.
• Contribute to employee wellbeing, engagement and staff voice initiatives.
• Support Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives and inclusive people practices.
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Produce accurate documentation, reports and management information.
• Analyse workforce data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Support People Services projects and organisational improvement activities.
• Build relationships with managers, employees and trade union representatives.
