Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HRBP or Senior HR Adviser in a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in organisational change, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic adviser to senior leaders and translate business objectives into people plans.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and workforce design.
• Oversee performance, succession planning and talent management.
• Support employee relations and risk management with the Head of Employee Relations.
• Develop people analytics to inform decisions and monitor workforce indicators.
