Job summary

Mane Contract Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive HR & Compliance Manager to lead our HR function and oversee quality, health and safety, rail assurance and facilities management. Reporting to the CEO, you will deliver strategic HR leadership while ensuring IMS/ISO compliance, audit readiness and robust employee relations across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR or advisory experience at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience developing HR policies and onboarding processes.
• Experience coordinating ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems and audits.
• Ability to manage HR data, reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee Integrated Management System (IMS) and ISO compliance.
• Lead rail and right to work compliance management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Drive health, safety and facilities management alignment with HR.
